理論
當石英振蕩器暴露于外部加速力時,石英晶體諧振器內(nèi)部的應變會導致頻率變化是加速度的函數(shù)。這些頻率變化通常是線性的。大小加速度引起的頻移與加速度的大小成正比,但也與之有關在加速度的方向以及振蕩器的加速度靈敏度上。
由于石英的變形,這種線性頻率變化可以在高加速度下變成非線性諧振器的安裝結構。當暴露于時變加速度(正弦)時,應變在石英諧振腔引起隨時間變化的頻率變化,并導致頻率調(diào)制。
