愛普生晶振SG3225VAN的電源電壓為2.5V至3.3V,輸出頻率73.5MHz至700MHz,結(jié)合低抖動PLL技術(shù)和內(nèi)置AT晶體單元,可產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)定的輸出信號;頻率偏移誤差*低±20ppm,*大相位抖動不超過0.6ps,SG3225VAN石英晶體振蕩器非常適合對時鐘信號完整性有嚴(yán)格要求的系統(tǒng)??紤]元件老化的影響,其頻率老化率僅為±5ppm/年,大大提高了元件的使用壽命。SG3225VAN支持LVDS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差分信號,增強了輸出信號的抗干擾能力,可作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模塊在電路中直接應(yīng)用。

差分晶振中熱門的型號是SG7050VAN,但是隨著工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,小型化是未來的趨勢。型號SG3225VAN就是愛普生為時鐘設(shè)計新推出的SPXO晶振系列,具有小體積輕薄型,低功耗,低抖動,支持LVDS輸出差分晶振,并且通過OE引腳可實現(xiàn)輸出功能。在正常工作狀態(tài)下,電流損耗低至30mA,而*大啟動時間僅為3ms,保證了低功耗設(shè)計對設(shè)備喚醒速度的要求。當(dāng)輸出端口OE接地時,關(guān)閉電流*大20mA,使其更容易實現(xiàn)低功耗設(shè)計。SG3225VAN有源晶振的工作溫度為-40℃至85℃,符合工業(yè)級產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。小體積尺寸為3.2x2.5x1.20mm六腳貼片晶振,小型化封裝有利于提高系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的靈活性。
